Order delivery time
The order delivery time is 1h – 14 working days, depending on an attainability of an ordered article. It is a time which is calculated since a moment of a customer’s confirmation of the order up to a moment of sending a parcel. A time of delivering the parcel by the post is: 1-3 days for priority parcels, 2-6 days for common parcels. But it occurs sometimes that that time is longer. A postman delivers a parcel to the stated address on working days from 8.00 to 18.00 o'clock. In a case of an absence of a receiver in her/his apartment, a postman leaves an advice and an ordered article can be received on a post-office during 14 working days.
Return and change
We guarantee a right for a return and a change of an ordered but not used article during 10 days since a date of receiving of a parcel without giving a reason.
If a size of an ordered article would be not suitable, its change during 10 days since its receipt is possible.
Only article which are not used, clean, free of smells, complete with the intact original package and the label.
The article should be send-back in a cardboard box and secured inside with plastic foil or paper. If the returned article or original package would be destroyed, crushed in consequence of not proper packing, our shop reserves the right to reduce a returned amount by a cost of a made damage.
We ask to send the article to our firm's address at one's own charge. A filled return/change form should be attached to the send-back article.

We ask to inform by e-mail our shop's personnel about a fact of sending-back the article.
In a case of the change, one should pay on our shop's account: www.not-a-slogan.com (mBank 72 1140 2004 0000 3102 6429 6761) an amount of 10€ (the post) or 22€ (courier) – for a next delivery of the article from our shop to the customer.
Our shop doesn't receive parcels with C.O.D.
The money for a returned article will be transfer to a customer’s account (-1€ ) or send by a postal order (-2€).
