Slogan Internet Shop, operating at www.not-a-slogan.com, is conducted by HALINA STANCZYK the enterprise entered in the Business Activity Register under no. 12723, with its registered seat at ul. Zwyciestwa 7/2 59-700 Bolesławiec, phone: 504 847 789
1.The www.not-a-slogan shop runs a sale of articles by the internet. Orders are received by the www.not-a-slogan website and by e-mail 24h and by phone (504 847 789) from 9.00 to 18.00 o’clock. After having placed an order, acustomer will receive information about its acceptance by e-mail. A fulfilment of the order starts in a moment when the shop receives the customer's confirmation of the order by e-mail, phone or a payment on the shop's bank account. Placing of the order amounts to an acceptance of the shop's statute.
2. All prices are given in the Polish zloty. They are valid since a moment of the putting of the order. Costs of delivery are added to each order.
3. Te order delivery time is 1h-14 working days (depending on an attainability of an ordered size). It is a time, which startssince a confirmation of the order or a receipt of the money on the account to a moment of dispatching the ordered article from theshop. In particular cases, that time can be longer. The customer would be informed individually by us about it. A date of receipt of the parcel = an order fulfilment time + an order delivery time
4. According to the Act “About the protection of some consumer's right and the responsibility for damage caused by a dangerous product” a customer can resign an article bought in the shop, without giving a reason, during 10 days since a date of a receipt of the parcel. It is possibly only when the article wasn’t used. The returned article should be send back. The shop guarantees a return of an amount equal to a price of the article. Only article which are not used, clean, free of smells, complete with its intact original package and label. If the returned article or original package would be destroyed, crushed in consequence of not proper packing, our shop reserves the right to reduce a returned amount by a cost of a the damage. Our shop doesn't receive parcels with C.O.D.
6. A defective article can be complained. It should be send back with a detailed description of a reason of the return. An article damaged by the post can be complained if an adequate protocol was written in a presence of the post's officer. The shop doesn't bear a responsibility for not proper acting of a deliverer chosen by the customer.
7. According to the Act about the protection of personal data, we inform that personal data of our customers are used exclusively for a fulfilment of an order and informing our customers about product offered by us. The personal data are not rendered accessible for third parts.
